As a valued customer of Metador, we appreciate the trust you place in us. We are committed to continuing to deliver excellent service to our customers and protecting our dedicated team from infection during this challenging time.

Please be assured Metador’s operations and services will be continuing as normal at present.

We will monitor the situation and Government guidelines closely, updating our customers should anything change.

Metador will take an evidence-led and common-sense approach to the coronavirus outbreak and mitigating its impact on employees, customers and our wider business operations.

We have contingency plans in place to ensure we can continue to deliver our usual service to customers as well as minimising the risk of infection within the company. This includes the implementation of clear guidelines on safe hygiene practices across the organisation to prevent potential disruption to our services.
